As a first time author I entered the publishing arena with an air of trepidation. I needn't have worried as the first four that I contacted were all fine and approachable and yet, even after further extensive online research, I still felt something was lacking. Having agonised over the pros and cons of self publishing, it was a massive relief to be put in contact with Rob at Bannister via a friend of a friend. He was quickly able to answer the multitude of questions I had about the process, including some I hadn't even thought to ask and I had confidence in the process from start to finish.
