Excellent service, Dan was accommodating with appointments, the bike I purchased is exactly as described, and I'm very happy with it. I would definitely recommend The Bicycle Exchange to others, and may very well look there again next time I wish to upgrade, looking forward to getting some good use out of my new bike.

Dan was so accommodating from start to finish. I had one bike that I wanted to move on and one that I wanted to buy, and he made it work for me. The final exchange happened on a Sunday morning at his home address, giving me a chance to give the new bike a decent run and enabling me to seal the deal. I don't know of many businesses that would go that far. He also kept in touch all the way through.

Great purchasing experience. Very responsive on phone and WhatsApp. Shared great information and organised to view the bike on a Sunday afternoon which was much appreciated. Bike was fantastic and purchase process was quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Dan was very friendly and accommodating when arranging for us to view the bikes. In a relaxed atmosphere, with no pressure and plenty of time to inspect and try a number of alternatives, we were very happy with our final choices which were in good condition and ready to go. Being able to trade up by part-exchanging was also a welcome part of the transaction process.

Very happy with both the bike purchased, and the service provided, by Dan and The Bicycle Exchange.I reached out to Dan on WhatsApp after spotting a bike that I was interested in, arranged a slot to view in person, and quickly paid and left with an email receipt - very easy!The bike was as described, and clearly well serviced by Dan ahead of sale. The warranty provided gave me confidence - not that it was needed - and Dan was happy to let me give it a short test ride.Very impressed and would happily purchase from Dan again!

Dan was incredibly kind to move 3 bikes for me from his Billinghurst Unit all the way to Ashington without question. His advice and patience was very professional and was happy to make any adjustments on the bike for me before purchasing. I left with a fantastic bike at an amazing price!
