Used before and been good however use them a few months ago for mum and it too twice as long as they said it would.And i took a coat in 4 weeks ago to have material out in to make the sleeves longer, they said a week, 3 weeks alter we collected after them telling us twice that the couldn't find the coat, it been sent to their other shop and their instruction label being taken off it so they didn't know who it belonged to or what needed doing.They did reduce the cost by £4.I do find that although they do a really good job they are quite expensive and take a long time. Although I guess this maybe because they are so good, they get so busy.

Set them quite a challenge of fitting a new zip to my motorcycle trousers.Not an easy job.There was a slight understandable delay in turnaround. I think even the tailors were shocked at the toughness of the task.When I went to pickup I was expecting to pay a supplement to the original quote due to the issues that had occurred.Maneer was having none of it and would only accept payment for the original quote.Top class service.Top class personnel.This is how to run a successful small business.Thankyou.

Overall, the service was excellent. I needed school uniform adjustments and arrived without notice as a new customer. Marsh Taylor's was able to accommodate my urgent needs on the spot, and even completed the adjustments for both items so I didn't have to return for pickup. After an approximately 30-minutes , I received a text notifying me that my items were ready for collection! The work was of a high standard, and the price was good value for money. Excellent service! My long gown, silk jumpsuit and pinstripe trousers were taken up beautifully. All looked like new. Neat, invisible and perfectly pressed. I would trust Marsh Tailors with any alterations. Very highly recommended.
