The woman who served me was very rude and didn't smile once or say a single word to me. I did not feel comfortable in the shop at all. I think you need to invest in some happy staff.

I go here for all my birthday and celebration cards, they are also really great at Christmas as they have some fantastic Christmas cards and they are really good valueThe staff are always friendly and welcoming highly recommend

I bought a ballon from the card factory in Manchester and I told them that I will fill the ballon later on, and they didn’t tell me to keep the receipt. So when I went to the branch in Leeds to fill the ballon they asked me for the receipt, and when I explained to the manager she refused to fill the ballon without a receipt saying it is the company’s policy.This is the stupidest policy I’ve ever heard in my life, a receipt to fill a ballon. I will never go to this shop again.

Decent place, the gifts are all very generic (eg 18th birthday bears and best dad mugs) and the card selection is good, offers both specific cards for nieces, uncles, grandparents etc but also generic ones which are nice to stock up on

They do 10 cards for £1. When it’s Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and any occasion in general they sell themed gifts. They sell balloons, banners, badges, cards, confetti. Anything for a party you’ll find it here
