Really appreciate to the kind and friendly staff. One of the nose pads of my glasses is missing, she changed a matched pair for me and also adjust the tightness of the legs, and those are all for free. That’s really helpful for me.

Doctor Heather Murray was very professional and so nice to talk to. My appointment was on time, I didn't have to wait at all and all three people with whom I interacted during my visit were lovely. Would 10/10 recommend.

Terrible company.Only want to sell you expensive coatings. You can get upto 5 coatings free at asda. Frames are either overpriced or rubbish.DONT SHOP HEREASDA ARE MUCH BETTER AND CHEAPER

Optometrist was very nice and thorough with examinationWent out to choose frames despite having an HC1 form( I have because my income is so low) the girl started showing me glasses you pay for ,3 times I told her I Don't want to pay she finally listened !!!!!I have a certificate because I'm poor so why the hell could I afford £85 glasses I'm struggling like everyone else just nowI was very embarrassed I won't be going back thereIt ok if your paying for your glasses and apptsBut if like meyour 65 and live on a small work pension or benefitsFind another optician

I was most impressed by the care taken by both the optician and the assistant to ensure that the glasses I received were the most suitable. Two of the tests had to be done twice to ensure I was fit to leave; the assistant took endless trouble to explain the options available and to help me select the correct frames. The whole visit took three hours but I never felt that I was being pushed to make decisions quicker. Thank you very much.

I handed in 2 boxes of contacts, 60 pairs to change from my previous prescription to my new one, and the person I spoke to said that it was possible, and I'd get them within a week. And now it's been a month and a half, and still no update, I called in and I would have to repurchase the 2 boxes of contacts without even being refunded for the previous boxes of contacts at least.So I wouldn't recommend for anything, except just the eye test, get your glasses from iolla or any other place.I don't understand why I have to pay twice, and not even get a refund.

Very nice place and very nice staff. It was my first time there and I got 10 minutes late due to my prior appointment. They were very kind to reschedule the appointment on the same day. The staff front desk and optician both were very thorough in their examination. They did not hurry me in the process and were extremely patient with me. I will definitely recommend the store and company to my friends for any eye support.
