The IMO app tied to google wallet says there are points for a loyalty car wash, new staffer at this one very grumpy and obnoxious. He was so rude we drove to the next one up to pay.

Miserable staff trying to upsell - I got told the £5 wash wouldn't clean my 'very dirty' car. The car had 3hrs worth of road spray from a journey in damp conditions. Con artists

Very disappointing, been going years and my car was damaged which is OK things happen BUT the operator couldn't speak good English so very hard to get the procedure from him, he contacted his manager who came quite quickly. His manager didn't have a clue what to do or company procedures other than fill in the accident form, ok that is standard but didn't have a clue what happens next. My question can I take the car to garage to get sorted" reply "I don't know"

Excellent, quick wash with valet options also available.Sometimes struggle to be understood but it's not a major deal generally.Extras available also with great value for money and I'd recommend the wheel shine service in particular.
