Absolutely fantastic breakfast yet again. Never fails to leave us feeling full and content. Our server Gail is absolutely wonderful. Always makes us feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble

I eat the breakfast here at least once a month and usually it's really good. Good atmosphere, good service and good food.BUT today was abysmal. To start with there seams to be a new manager with a severe case of 'New Manager Syndrome' he's new and must show he's making a difference.That difference came in the form of rudeness, bluntness and arrogance to both his staff and the customers. He completed lacks the welcoming approach a manager of a restaurant should have.The floors, especially the toilets, sounds like you're walking on sellotape.As for the staff, they we're friendly and helpful. Exactly what i expected.Food was good for the most part the the baked beans we're ice cold. I know some people like cold beans but not for me thanks. I did tell the new manager and he said he would inform the kitchen but I doubr that will happen.Hopefully by next month there will be a new manager in charge with less of a chip on his shoulder and more people skills.

Chris is a credit to this place. Visited at the end of October with family. Menu choice was good and we really enjoyed the food but Chris was the icing on the cake, attentive and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. The place is really improving

Clock Tower Brewers Fayre
I really enjoyed my evening here, the service in general was a bit slow because of how busy the restaurant was. However, I would like to compliment a member in staff in particular called Abby, she was polite and gave me great service throughout the evening. She accommodated generously to my picky eating habits and made sure I enjoyed my food with great care.
