The Electric Bike Shop Gloucester
I recently bought a Cube bike from this excellent store. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I was served by Ethan who really knows what he’s talking about. The rest of the staff have a nice friendly demeanour. I had a test ride in the car park, paid a deposit and collected a week later. The handover was very thorough and I am so far very happy. I will be returning for a free check over in 6 weeks time. All in all I have no hesitation to recommend this shop. For the manager I could have had that water bottle and carrier free. Robin

Just been into the Gloucester branch with a problem I had with the saddle post on a bike a I bought from them a couple of years ago. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the way they dealt with and resolved the issue and sent me away a happy person. I would highly recommend them all to all.

Fantastic shop, sorted me out with my bike through Cycle2work. A great range of bikes. The guys in the workshop are very helpful and managed to fit me in last minute to fit me in last minute to get some upgraded parts fitted.

The best customer service I've had for a long, long time. Vince really listened to our needs and came up with the perfect bike solution for us. Unfortunately I then ordered too small a frame which, even though wasn't their fault at all, they sorted for free by exchanging it for a larger one. No quibble, no hesitation, just 'we'll sort it.' Not only that Vince arranged for the new bike to be delivered and the original one taken away, all free of charge too. I love the bike, it a gamechanger for us. Thanks Vince and the team.

There is a large range of electric bikes, but the prices are are extremely high.It would be nice if they had a range of affordable bikes too.I was dissapointed when chating to a senior member of staff to be recommended to buy parts online, that all young cyvlusts are unsafe, and that electricity is filthy to make.

I suffered a puncture whilst out cycling and managed to make it to The Electric Bike Shop after walking for a couple of miles. Unfortunately they did not have the correct tube for my road bike. Undeterred, they repaired the inner tube to help me back on the road so I could get home.I cannot thank them enough for their help.

I've received my Lapierre overvolt today, very happy with that after a 5 mile test ride. I'll review the bike itself when I've done some miles, this is a 5 star review for the supplier, I paid a bit extra to have it delivered ready to ride, so worth it! Driver even adjusted the seat height for me while he was there, NO COURIER, really pleased they have their own people out delivering.

A great little find. Excellent selection of bikes, mountain bike, road, hybrid and accessories. Staff were really knowledgeable and helpful. They do servicing too. Highly recommended.
