The whole service process went smoothly. I received a warm welcome and was told I would be updated during the day. Sure enough, I received a detailed email on what was required for the car and that it was ready for collection. On pick-up, I discussed various points with George who was very helpful. All told, a pleasant experience.

It was easy to book a convenient time for the Service. Timing belt replacement needs a day and I was given a courtesy Alfa. Some necessary extras were carried out by the mechanics with explanation. Unfortunately the sun visor wasn't fixed as a part is no longer available. George on the desk kept me informed at key times. Not 5 star as the courtesy car interior was not very clean.
