A newly opened restaurant in Welwyn Village. It was an abandoned bank that lay empty and seemingly abandoned for many years. It’s now undergone a transformation. The premises are quite large and have been beautifully redesigned as a Greek style restaurant. The family who run RODI must have invested a small fortune on the interior. The result stands for itself. The food is excellent too. We’re very local so we’ve been several times alone and with friends. Always had a great experience. Because it’s family owned and run you get wonderful service and attention. So nice to have this new asset in our village. Highly recommended

Great value for an amazing night out !I went there with my family and if there was more than 5 stars I would rate it more.Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Food was cooked to perfection. There was a good range of sea food and meat on the menu along with startes. We felt like we wanted to try everything. We tried more than 6 dishes and all were mouth watering. Not to forget the variety of wines they have.Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were impressed with their professionalism and customer service.The atmosphere itself was superb, a modern environment with beautiful details from ancient Greece. Great venue to consider for bigger parties too.And all these in a very reasonable price considering what they offer.I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Already planning my next visit to try their delicious Christmas menu.

Visited some family friends in Welwyn and came here for dinner.Really delicious, loved the starters, we had the spinach and feta pie, assorted spread, and Tirokroketes. The cheese croquettes were really creamy and balanced perfectly with the chutney which gave it a bit of sweetness. The spinach and feta pie was really nice and crispy and was filled really nicely.For the mains we got a range of the foods to try, Milkrolimano prawns, Mussels, Garlic mushroom, Kalamarakia tiganita, Chicken flakes and Keftedakia in red sauce. All tasted amazing!Dessert was a delight to eat, the pomegranate cheesecake was so light and fluffy, the fruits created a really nice sweet and sour taste which matched really nicely with the creamy cheesecake. Loved the base of the cheesecake not too hard like some other restaurants, it broke perfectly when I sunk my spoon into it.Staff were friendly especially our waitress Carolina, thanks to the chefs!

We started with the breads and dips. Couldn't get enough! Then we had the seafood platter between 2 of us and fir dessert we shared a cheescake. Definitely should have got one each though as it was amazing! Had the best French Martini ever too! Friendly service and great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend you try it!

Service was outstanding. I took my mum in her wheelchair for her birthday ...she had special dietary needs which were met...we were 9 people inc a child....it was nice open friendly environment and the staff were extremely helpful.

This is the best restaurant that Welwyn has ever had. The food is to die for. The staff are so friendly and amazing. And the venue looks like something totally amazing. I cannot recommend this place enouh

Such a beautiful place, very elegant, the aesthetics are beyond words. With friendly staff.The food is delicious, many dishes to choose from, BIG portions. And the desserts are incredible, the cheesecake is a MUST try. I can't wait to try all the specialties on the menu!!
