Moms old stairlift went faulty on the thursday. We rang castle comfort stairlifts and by friday p.m. the old one was removed and a new one had been fitted.The engineer arrived at the specified time and the old one taken out and replaced within two hours.Overall a professional and first class job was carried out in very quick time.Moms new chair is first class, works well and easy to operate.A big thankyou to keith and his team for a job well done.

It was a God-Send finding this website, and Castle Comfort. – Our need for a stairlift became a priority so I Google-ed ‘Stairlift, Birmingam’. There were the answers I needed, (and some prompts for further questions.)- A concise description of products and criteria, including a Video of the little mentioned (stair top) ‘platform’ in action… I spoke to Keith on Friday afternoon, a surveyor called on Saturday and the genuinely ‘made to measure’ stairlift was installed, fully working, Tuesday morning. Perfect. ‘It has turned our two storey house into a bungalow!’ Thank-you.

My elderly neighbour returned home last week from a long spell in hospital to find his stairlift not working. I spoke to Keith on Saturday morning and he was really most helpful. I'm so grateful for his guidance over the phone which got my neighbour's stairlift up and running again. Fantastic Personal Service - When my mother ended up in hospital after a fall I needed to get a stair lift fitted quickly ready for her to return home. Castle Comfort Stairlifts are a very professional organisation that offer an extremely friendly and personal service consistently. Keith, Ann and staff were excellent in helping our mother with the required furniture and installation of a stairlift in an emergency situation - this was really appreciated by the whole family; they made a difficult situation much easier. The after care service is also very good all sorts of queries are addressed by the team - Mum has said everyone is very kind and helpful.A huge thanks to Keith, Ann and the team for their timely, efficient service.
