Drab poor quality food, drab surroundings. £5 for a few chips with a squirt of cheese sauce and a sprinkle of fake bacon. The meal was 1 star at best and did not live up to the menu description or photos. We won't be using Fridays again.

Haven't been in around a year and was very disappointed.The food was of poor standard the place wasn't very clean.I never complain but this was just unacceptable of a top restaurant and 56 pound for one wine one beer small nachos burger fries and dippers.The only good thing was the very pleasant and apologetic young man that served us.This place needs looking at

Lovely family meal. Reanna our server made the visit a good experience for us. She was so lovely and attentive, she was great with our son and engaged him well. She's a credit to TGI's.

A bit disappointing for the money. The staff were nice but the potato skins were burnt and only had a small amount of cheese and bacon. When we complained we were told that that's how they come (see pic). They also got one of our mains wrong. Missing the the second patty from a burger. This was sent back and the staff were happy to re make it and didn't charge us for the second patty.

This is absolutely the place to go, food is amazing and the gentlemen that served us was outstanding.. i will definitely highly recommend this restaurant ..super

Clean, nice environment and friendly staff who are accommodating and seem to actually enjoy their job, nice to see. Food is usually tasty and enjoyable but it’s very pricey for what it is and the amount you get, but nice as an occasional treat.

Absolutely unreal service from start to finish. Staff (Jamie and the girls) were amazing and very accommodating for us and our baby. They constantly brought us things to keep our son entertained and played peekaboo with him.Our food was delicious too and we all wolfed the lot. The staff also brought our son some fruit and veg sticks which he enjoyed.We left feeling very comfortable and satisfied and will definitely be back.

We went for lunch with my wife, hoping to be a quick bite. Turned out to be 30 minutes, wait for one salad and wrap. Chicken Fajita wrap was overpowered with red onions. That's the only taste I can remember. Salad, we asked to be put into takeaway box. Presentation for £10.50 is very poor and to charge £4.20 for one 330ml bottle of Fanta is a joke.Sorry you won't see us again.

Definitely overpriced for the quality and quantity of food offered. Two burgers and two soft drinks came to £41.15. Moreover, the service wasn’t up to much and felt perfunctory. Most likely won’t return.

Awful. Wouldn’t return. We walked in and sat down. No one was around to offer a menu. We had to go up and ask for a menu to which we saw the staff stood talking. They offered us the desert menu at first. We then sat for 10-15 minutes waiting and no one was around to take our order. We ended up having to go up and ask to order a drink and our food - not sure if this is normal for this TGI Fridays. When the food arrived half of it was cold. Staff look miserable and when asked about how the chicken dish we ordered could have come out cold the response was ‘I haven’t got a clue mate’. Not a very pleasant experience - would not return and definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
