Storage 4 Crafts

Ordered on 13 th jan. Still no delivery date and poor communication. If you ring and select the option to discuss a delivery you get an automated message to send an email. If you select the option to place an order you get an answer straight away. I was given a number of excuses as to why my order hadnt been dispatched such as the delivery company had a cyber attack and there was a delay with some of the parts so they cant dispatch. I put it to them they shouldn't be still taking orders and a lot of money off people when they know they cant dispatch the goods. Ive asked for a full refund if the item cant be dispatched in the next week. Create and Craft tv channel shouldn't be promoting this company

29/05/23 Very poor service, no email confirmation of order, initial delivery date not met, didn’t realise they came flat packed, instructions unclear, then halfway through trying to assemble realise there are parts missing, now awaiting a call back #unhappy30/05/23 Tried to phone again and left another message, also sent an email, still no contact from the company02/06/23 received a phone call yesterday and an appointment was booked to come and assess the situation at 10am this morning, we only live 17 miles from company, it’s now 11:50 and nobody has shown up……. I would NEVER recommend this company or products!

I can’t fault the quality of the unit at all. It is so well made and I love using it already.The reason I have given the company 1 star is for their customer service.It’s really poor. When I ordered the unit I was told it would be delivered in a months time- it eventually was delivered after 11 weeks with no apology for the delay. I was so happy when delivery day I strongly feel some compensation should be awarded for the poor customer service and the inability to use my unit to its full capacity after waiting MONTHS!!! advisory on when they will arrive. I’ve now had the unit almost a month and it’s not complete. I’m not impressed and feel quite concerned after paying a very large amount of money for a late and half workable unit- will I ever receive my boxes?!?!

I have been building some of the storage 4 crafts units, they are really well labeled, easy to put together and solid feeling too! When I ran into issues (as I am building them for someone else) (we ran out of space - no issues with the units) the team have been really knowledgeable and helpful responding to me and have made this a great experience all round. A great storage unit in a very small space. Easy to put together, and really solid and robust. Using Really Useful Boxes, it holds three 19Litre boxes, eighteen 9Litre boxes, and fifteen 4Litre boxes. A massive amount of storage. Should have got it years ago!

Absolutely disgusted with the poor customer service. Can't speak to anyone on the phone. Don't reply to e mails. Ordered a unit 10 weeks ago now and was told initially that I would receive within 4 to 6 weeks. After many attempts to contact storage 4 crafts I finally e mailed that if I heard of them by the end of the week that I would have a full refund. I got an e mail straight away then (funny that). I was then told that there was only 3 of them and they would send my unit via fed ex on a date that we both agreed. I was off work that day so thought good news at last. Only had 4 of 9 boxes. The next day 4 boxes were left outside and a few days later I'm still in limbo as I've got huge boxes everywhere but I can't build unit as still waiting for a box. Shocking service. Would not order off them again. If I haven't received final box by the end of this week I will require a full refund and you can pick the other 8 boxes back up as they're in the way and I can't build. N

So I bought a storage unit in August from FOQ. All seemed to go well - the company agreed to combine delivery with a unit I purchased from Create & Craft. I had confirmation both units to be delivered 14th October. I even had an email yesterday saying delivery & Assembley due on 14th October at approx 3pm. So I took a half day off work, moved everything around in my dining room so they would have plenty of room to work. Moved my dining room table out of the room. And for what? A no-show! No contact from anyone! I’ve tried phoning - pointless as you don’t actually get to speak to anyone! I’ve emailed. But as yet no reply.To say I’m disappointed and angry is an understatement.I can add now that the company contacted me after seeing my review - everything has been rectified. I’m very pleased with the units I bought. Would I buy from them again? Definitely!

Placed order on 7/11/22 and following a number of chasers I was given a Delivery for the 12/12/2022. Ordered white glove service and the fitter was tidy and polite, only problem was that 70% of the boxes were missing, no shelving supplied and incorrect fittings for some dowels. I now have a beautiful storage unit that cannot be used due to missing parts. I have constantly chased delivery of missing items with little or no response. The communication from this company is poor to say the least given the sort of money involved I would have expected a lot more. I am so disappointed with the service and lack of contact from the company. Not sure I will ever get my unit in full working order. If you prefer a laid back approach and unprofessional service then go ahead and order, however, I would avoid this company like the plague, there must be better out there.

I received my cupboard and table yesterday. I am delighted with the quality and sturdiness of both items. When I watched Create and Craft demonstration on TV I saw the presenter put weight on the cupboard and I noticed how solid it was. I then went to Storage for Crafts and brought a table from them too.I could not wait to use the table to start a new project. It again is really sturdy and making cutting out material so much easier now I have a solid base to work on.I must also compliment you on the White Glove Service. The man was excellent, he was very happy to remove his shoes as we have a very light carpet and I was worried that it might leave dust etc from bringing in the boxes. He was smiling and polite all the time and I felt instantly at ease to have him in the house. He was quick and very professional the way he worked and when he left, the only trace of him having been there were the table and cupboard. No trace of packaging at all.I will be ordering more items once I have worked out what will go where and what space I have.Thanks so much for the great furniture and the White Glove service too.
