Terrible company and store. Returns are unhelpful and actively try to prevent you getting a refund. Staff also treat customers as if you are there to steal. Its messy and dusty. All round unpleasant and dishonest experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Unable to exchange a sport kit with Christmas receipt due the lack of available size.Unable to get the same sport kit but different colour.Listen to me, change job.Utterly disgusting.Ps:Staff not able to deal with customers, you need to send them into a course of grace and decorum.

Awful store with an awful Manager, Valentine. Refused to offer me a refund for a pair of shorts I accidentally bought in a children’s size. And through no fault of my own since the item was incorrectly labelled.Sports Direct can be re-branded as much as it likes, it still remains the badly managed, dirty, messy store it always was. And they still treat every customer walking in there as if they are thieves.What an embarrassment for Frasers group

For such a local store they absolutely have got it spot on. Huge and varied range, covering most sports and hobbies. Good place for kids shoes, not so much for adults.Outdoor range is impressive (camping/hiking & trekking) boasting an impressive and varied stock of walking shoes, outdoor wear, hiking bags and walking equipment.During winter, snow wear and good quality ski wear is always stocked and usually for a good price.Staff are always helpful and do their best. Though at times you do get the sense they are understaffed and your assistant is probably doing the work of two people.

Unfriendly return policy designed to avoid returns. Refused to refund money to bank for instore return. Charged GBP 4.99 to ship the return after charging GBP 4.99 to ship the item to me. So I lost GBP 9.98 simply because the shoes shipped to me were a size smaller than I needed

Nice store but let down by staff who just glare at you and not in the least bit helpful. The staff are in dire need of customer service training and how to be nice to other human beings. Won't return as one experience was one too many.

My visit was actually a lovely experience compared to my last visit to Sports Direct in Camden. At the Kilburn branch, the curtesy and helpfulness of the started from when I first walked in.. Starting with the security guard. There were plenty of staff on the shop floor that actually went out of their way to help me. The waiting time in the queue to pay for my goods was less than 5 minutes. Fabulous service and an excellent shopping experience. Will definitely be visiting there again. Tomorrow actually!
