staff were polite only 1 on shop floor for what ever reason kept me waiting a while as I collected a ring for the wife. The company as a whole is very shady and ive had a horrible experience dealing with them. Ill never purchase any thing from them again

Need to update your closing times online. Came down at 5 past 5 to collect my wedding rings and you was closed

I cannot praise Sharron enough for her help trying to source a Tissot watch for my husband with a large wrist. She has been exceptional. I went into the store today, impressed with Covid " regulations. I felt safe."

I’m so disappointed with my recent experience in this store. Purchased a watch for my birthday and noticed that there are some scratches and chip on the case. I believe it’s a faulty watch But the staff said it is fine! Then asked the staff to order new one for me to pickup in local store. However, when I went to pick up the order, I realized that it was the same watch that I have seen in Cardiff store! With no changes made! I’m so disappointed with the service. The staff hadn’t fulfilled my request. They just didn’t care!

I would like to say a big ‘Thank you’ today to Sharon for her excellent customer service. I called in to ask about making the bracelet bigger on my Gucci watch. She very kindly located 2 extra links that she fitted on site without having to send away my watch to Gucci. She exceeded my expectations!

I have to mention that I had a horrible experience with those guys. I ordered links for my new watch ‘based on their recommendation to both the watch and the ordering the links as well’ and left all my contacts and mentioned how busy I was at the time (travels). The guy forgot to take the watch’s number and didn’t even bother to contact me to ask! Instead, I sent my relatives to collect (4 times!). The whole process costed me 3 expensive international calls and 2 sleepless nights in a different time zone! My relatives visited the shop in vain taking time off their busy schedules trying to inquire about the issue! It took more than a month to be sorted and I never even received an apology!I will never recommend your shop or services to anybody I know! Terrible experience really!

First didn’t had the watch I was looking for in stock , Promised they will check and call me back same day. 24 hours later still waiting no call. Then I Called their customer service someone picked the call and kept talking to someone else on other line. Kept waiting for 10 minutes but not bothered to even acknowledge that she picked the call. I hung up kept trying again, but understandably number kept going busy as she put the receiver aside.

Customer and general service not great. I dropped off a wedding band to be resized. I dropped off the item on the 26/06 they sent a tracking number. The item just sat in the work shop for 6 weeks. After I chased the item that said Oh do you authorised the repair, this was SIX WEEK after I took it in. Finished item was good but the item was only ready for collection on the 25/08. It took 2 months and I had to chase this up. Top tip if someone drops off an item call them back if you need permission don't wait for them to chase you. They replied to this and then took the reply off before I could act on it.
