Absolutely shocking experience with this company. We wanted to have a kitchen installation. The design team (the wife of an employee), tried to push us to a design that we really didn't want. Wouldn't listen at all and kept telling us that our ideas were stupid! This is our kitchen and we wanted it designing in a way that would fit with out requirements and our life. She treated it like her own kitchen and clearly wanted to install cheaper versions. The owner was very rude when we asked if there was someone else who could design for us, and told us that if we wanted something different we 'should just put the phone down and look elsewhere!'. I can understand why this business has been reviewed badly on other sites on so many occasions. They come across very professionally, but are clearly money grabbers and can only do a very limited number of building tasks, hence them pushing you down a different design route. My perusal advice is to avoid at all costs. But that's just based on my own experience. Ive spoken to others in the trade and they have laughed at me when we told them that we had considered causeway. not a good reputation locally it seems.

Just want to say what a fantastic job Causeway Heating and Home Improvement have done for me. I was in desperate need of a boiler to which Liam at head office, Ray and his team reacted very quickly and when i found out they did kitchens, well after speaking with Tony, i knew i was in trusted hands. Ray and Tony and his team worked like clockwork and turned around my kitchen in 2 days and it looks amazing, quality products worktops, doors and soft door closings hinges just make the difference. Any small detail that i was not happy about both Ray and Tony sorted it. Thanks again guys.
