PremiAir Manchester Airport

Had a fantastic time at the PremiAir private terminal. I had a cup of coffee and a lovely cooked breakfast and enjoyed stunning views across the runway. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the whole experience felt a world away from the usual stress of air travel. I will treat my wife and I to this again when we fly to Dubai for our 4 year anniversary this June

Arrived Virgin Atlantic from Barbados. Sarah met the 3 of us at the gate then everything went like a sewing machine. A great luxury, avoiding the very long walk to T2 and the immigration queues and the pushing and shoving at the baggage carousels. The lovely staff even gave my sister breakfast before delivering her to the station for her train to Scotland. We wont use MAN again without PremiAir.

Back in February 2020 just before lock down hit we flew to the Maldives and as a treat booked the Premiair lounge at Manchester. What an absolute experience! The lounge was amazing and the staff were exceptional. We were treated like royalty. Reason I’m putting this review now is it’s now 2023 and the lounge hasn’t reopened. So sad. What you did was a great concept and excellent service. Please reopen we will use you again and recommend all our friends and family do as well.

5* experience from start to finish! Amazing food made to order, great views of the planes taking off/landing from the lounge and from the transfer car, couldn't fault the staff at all. Will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family!

5* service from start to finish! We travelled through on the premium departures option and were treated to a personalised greeting on arrival before being sat down in the lounge for a glass of champagne and a look at the incredible food menu. We tried most of the dishes (all were great) before being taken through the private security and driven across the airfield in a luxury BMW to our plane. Great way to start a holiday and will be using on all future trips out of Manchester.

Tried Premiair for our trip to New York, what a difference to the airport. From arrival to departing everything was taken care of. It was truly a private experience. The staff all seem to actually enjoy what they do, nothing was a problem the food and drink is excellent. Finally the drive on the airfield to the plane was an experience in it self. Would highly recommend and hopefully we will be back.

Absolutely loved the luxury PremiAir experience. Booked in for 5am before a long haul flight on my own and the whole experience was so relaxing and stress-free! The food and service in the lounge were amazing and the staff are so lovely - they even called my airline to help with a boarding pass i couldn't print. Security was fast and easy and the journey across the airfield was great. Even got to board the plane first :) Would 100% book again.

I have just returned from a trip abroad. Before I went I was recommended the PremiAir service at Manchester airport and decided to give it a try.To say the service is superb would be an understatementOne has the almost private and exclusive use of a separate terminal lounge area serving drinks/meals as required, private and instant border control and security to coincide with ones departure, a private car to drive you to the plane. On return- met at the plane, driven back to their building for private border control, bags collected and delivered.First class and unparalleled service throughout.Compared to the cost of going away, paying the extra for this service is an absolute no brainierI doubt if I will ever use the main airport terminal again - Congratulations to PremiAir, this is a fantastic service.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Friendly and efficient staff totally make this place. Great design, lovely food, and a truly effortless experience to what would otherwise be a pain in the main terminal. The car journey to your plane across the airfield is a real highlight too! Worth the expense for sure.

We tried PremiAir for the first time last month before taking an evening flight and can honestly say it is worth every penny and more. It took all of the stress out of the airport experience (especially the usual farce of Manchester Airport security - this was quick, friendly and seamless!) and the quality of the food and drinks on offer was exceptional. We were actually the only people in there during our visit so it's hard to imagine what it'd be like when full, but the service we received was excellent and I will most definitely be booking in again for my next long haul trip. The only negative was being taken from the lounge to the plane but then having to go back inside the main terminal and queue rather than boarding the plane right away - it wasn't a major problem but not really in keeping with the rest of the experience.
