Called on Friday to book an appointment managed to squeeze us in on the monday. Turned up when expected gave us a call with an ETA. Had the part on the van to fix the issue amazing and professional service. Would 100% book again for any issues with household appliances

We've had a big issue with our Neff Slide & Hide Oven door. The internal glass cmae completely off and we could no longer close/open it and use our oven. I have called number of appliance repair specialist in the area and none of them were remotely interested in getting involved. They all expect easy jobs.Gary was the only one who got back to me and although he had no experience with this particular door mechanism, he was happy to come over and have a look. Few weeks later after new parts arrived we have our oven fully working again.I cannot recommend Gary enough, give him a call he will be more then happy to help you out.

Garry came and fixed our washing machine and cleared the perpetually blocking drainpipe in our fridge freezer. He is polite and professional and did the work for a fair price. I am very happy and 100% recommend him.

Bottom element in oven not working. Called Gary at Amend on Monday, he came round the next day. Turned out that the element was fine, so he quickly determined where the fault lie, and managed to fix it, no bother. Efficient, professional service, and very reasonable rates. Top bloke, will definitely use again if necessary.

Gary was able to come and look at our washing machine within a couple of days, fixed it there and then. Gave good advice on how to prolong the life of the unit. Definitely recommend.
