Relph Funeral Directors were proposed by Dignity Funeral Plans after my mother passed away in December 2019.We were not sure how best to arrange the funeral. Relph were respectful, caring and professional in helping us through the funeral process which is so important at the time of a family loss.The funeral arrangements were discussed with us and after agreeing what we required Relph took responsibility for all matters. Advising us on a suitable Celebrant and giving us advice on how the funeral was presented and carried out.All went to plan and the help and support given to us made a difficult time easier to cope with.

Very happy with service from Matt and team on recent bereavement. Caring and understanding advice and help prior to ceremony. Ceremony itself was as we wished. Funeral plan proved very useful at a difficult time.

Excellent service from start to finish big shout out to Lisa who organised everything James the speaker brilliant and Maurice the driver on the day very friendly could not have gone better.Pofessional at all times brilliant would definitely recommend

Our director was jo I spoke to him on the phone to arrange my later wife Carole’s cremation he showed me the utmost respect and curtesy in what was a very difficult time for me between him and Elaine in the funeral office every thing was completed with no fuss I would like to thank Relphs again for a trouble free cremation nothing was too much trouble thanks again best regs Howard.
