Dosnt even deserve one star. They had my camera for almost 3 months. I was told they couldn't get parts. Then they did but needed more repairs but I wouldn't be charged extra. They said it had a new lens but now needs a new motherboard. Waiting for parts. Now told the people that fixes panasonic have pulled out and my camera has not been fixed. I had to call them many times, chasing them up. Lie after lie.

I bought a 2nd hand DSLR camera over the net/phone. It was in superb condition living up to it's 5* rating. I did have a problem with the battery but this was dealt with very efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to use this shop again - a very trustworthy retailer.

Just purchased a new Canon R7 camera body in this gem of a store in Colchester (thanks Dave!). If you want sensible, clear and unbiased advice when exploring and choosing photographic products then this is the place to go. Staff are very well informed and super helpful. so many town centre stores closing down, it's a relief and a joy to see LCE still going strong. For all things photographic LCE is the place.

I ordered over the phone after seeing a second hand DSLR camera for sale. I spoke to Lee at Worcester branch, he was very knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful. The camera was delivered to my door within 24 hours, I'm very pleased with my purchase it's in great condition just as described. I certainly recommend LCE.

Great shop,update.all my camera gear is secondhand,j am not tight but you get great gear from these people even after sales help is top notch.if they say 4 star rating that's is what it is. I bought 3 slrs 7 lens plus accessories.highly recommended.

Received really helpful advice from Lauren (LCE Colchester) when purchasing a secondhand Sony lens for my Sony A6 camera. Lens arrived in a couple of days and was packed extremely well by Dave. First time I've used LCE and will definitely do so in the future for any camera needs that I may have. Cheers.

Had originally decided to buy from an online discounter but they couldn't deliver on their promise. So gave my local store a try and it was an excellent experience. Helpful and very knowledgeable staff. We went through the online bundle and the staff cut out all the unnecessary items and offered great changes to the lens options. Yes it worked out slightly more expensive BUT I ended up with just what I needed and not a whole load of filler items, plus I now have better quality products.
