An excellent site that has bedded down the Spa Medica procedures very well despite it being not open that long relative to other Spa Medica sites. All staff encountered are professional, efficient and very patient and caring with their interactions with patients, answering all concerns and questions, all which is extremely reassuring to patients who are understandably concerned about their sight. Signage to and within the building could be more prominent for first time users but this is likely to improve over time but other than that would have no hesitation rating them so highly. From the very friendly chap ensuring all are directed to the correct areas and ensuring all are suitably watered to the eye consultants and nurses, a very impressive setup.

Recently I had my cataract removed at SpaMedica in Leeds. I am amazed the whole procedure was very speedy and painless. I am so pleased with the results and noticed how much my vision improved immediately after the surgery. The staff at hospital were friendly, efficient and most competent. The surgical procedure was fully explained by Dr George and every other staffs involved with my operation. Will Definitely recommend SpaMedica and I am looking forward to back to the hospital for my follow-up checkup.

I was absolutely petrified when I first went to have my cataract surgery. The staff were very good I am looking forward for my other eye done I'm pleased with the result on my right eye

I thought I just needed glasses but upon optician I was told I had cataracts. I choice Spa Medica. I waited 2 weeks and I had to contact them. An appointment was made for tests etc. I was nervous but the staff were polite and you are treated with care and respect and my nervousness was soon eased. I wS given my operation date they explained the procedure and my nerves easedYou get all the information that had been givenI had my right ey done and it was far better that a dental appointment. You can't drive so you need somebody to take you and pick uou up. You have drops fo put in 4 times a day. You are reassured throughout. You need your Opticians appt. After 4 weeks to check your eye. You then need another appointment for the other eye.The surgeon and all the Staff were so kind and helpful. My left eye was slightly worse but its explained every step of the way.I would thoroughly recommend Spa Medica they have given e my sight back and they really are one in a million.Now I only need glasses for reading but I still have a week before I have another eye check at my opticians.I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH.You can relax you will be in good hands uou even get a hot drink and buscuits after!!!!

Was very nervous at going for cataract operation. I attended spa medica at leeds. Truly a great place. My mind was put at ease almost immediately from porter to surgeon. Everything there is so well organised. It is immaculately clean. It has made a big difference since my op. Now looking forward to having my other eye done. Thankyou all at spa medica at leeds.
