Probably the best sports massage I have had. Ruben is fantastic and would highlY recommend him. Very knowledgeable and has helped me immensely.

Had a wonderful experience with Ruben, I've done a short course in massage and can tell that he has excellent technique and pressure. I've had a stiff neck and back mostly due to office work which was giving me headaches. a short session was all that was needed to make great improvement.I'll definitely be going back.

The best deep tissue massage i've had in London. Rasheed listened to my requirements, pin pointed the issue and relieved much of my ache and pain from an ongoing lower back/hip issue. Strong therapy, exactly what i needed. Walked out feeling thankful to find him! Will be back for sure.

I had a 45 minute deep tissue massage with Ruben where he worked on my back and legs.He applied just the right amount of pressure, always checking with me first.The massage was excellent and I will be back for another session very soon.

The must-have massage sport therapy in the City!!!Ruben is a deeply intuitive and strong massage therapist and a lovely guy to boot.I exercise often at a high level of intensity both on the spinning bike and on the gym floor, so I require deep tissue massage once a week to flush out the toxins and stretch the muscle fibres in order to help the recovery process. Ruben has an almost magical touch to find the spots more in need of attention and apply just the right pressure to sort out the knots while at the same time allowing me to just relax and enjoy the massage.Ruben's studio at St Paul's/Bank is very comfortable, and it is really conveniently located.Again, I cannot recommend Ruben's deep tissue massage enough. Have used several competent therapists over the years to help with persistent stiffness in my lower back. Only since seeing Rashid has the soreness and stiffness subsided. Ruben is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced sports massagist. His massages are impressively effective and targets the pain immediately. He always takes the time to give a thorough analysis of the issues and potential reasons of the occuring pain. One of the best sport massage I ever had, I cannot recommend him enough.
