Great experience visiting the apartments, Raf was super helpful and showed us all the amenities. The building is impressive and has a very good location. Finally, thanks to the doorman Steve who was lovely and a great guy.

Teddy is awesome!! He is equipped with an impressively high level of knowledge about the development, and it has been the smoothest process & experience I had so far! The rest of the team was also incredibly welcoming and helpful during my two visits at the leasing office. I have confidence that Cortland will live up to my expectations!

Super excited to move into this building in November! I had a super positive experience choosing my apartment with Raf, who made the whole process very smooth and easy. The design and amenities in this building are the best I’ve seen in Manchester and the team were so helpful and friendly.

What a stunning home.Great view from the apartments across Manchester.But this place has the best amenity space across all the btr apartment buildings in London and Manchester that I've seen.Stacks of space. We'll appointed suites. Spacious gym full of equipment.My favourite is the grand staircase.Praise for raising the bar.
