The DNA Dietitian is personalised to your DNA. I started it to reduce my cholesterol and reduce inflammation that would flare up rheumatic pains. It's been great for me because there is no more guessing or following influencer trends or guessing why I am so lack lustre. It's solidly backed by research. Rachel and the team are so personable. You can join the groups to help you pace yourself and support you in your renewal. I recommend it to you. Give it a try to avoid costly experiments and potions.

I embarked on the DNA way journey because my prime focus was to lose weight. I could not understand what I was doing wrong, I was feeling tired, I could not recognise myself. Rachel’s program and approach is holistic and in addition to losing the weight I wanted to lose, I also built the correct foundation to have healthy habits and keep them. Rachel’s program covers all aspects related to nutrition from talking about eating habits, emotional eating, snacking, body chemical reactions in a way that is very easy to understand and apply. I feel that I have been given the keys to live my best life with the DNA testing and program. I did not feel like I had to compromise on the food I ate and my weight loss plan was built around my lifestyle. I also had the chance to have frequent 1:1 meeting with Shams. She is a wonderful nutritionist. She has a great ability to relate to people and understanding where you are at. She explained and put plans in place for me to incorporate foods in my diet to help me fight severe bloating, extreme tiredness, and so much more. I would really recommend the DNA way if you want to lose weight, or fully understand your genetics or whatever your nutritional goals are.Thank you, Rachel and Shams.
