I contacted Lynn at Memories Memorials to re-fix the kerb settings at my mothers plot. The same day Christian got in touch explaining what he will do to put things right. Within a few days I received a call from Lynn saying it is done and received a photo showing everything had been put right, new stones and freshly cleaned. I am so so happy with their expertise, promptness and courteousness. Thank you.

From the first visit to the store to the installation of our chosen headstone , Christian and his staff have been really helpful and supportive and treated every step of the process of arranging my Mum's funeral and replacing a family grave headstone with the utmost respect and dignity.
