Took my dog in for a groom, cannot fault the groomer what so ever, absolutely amazing job!The shop however is a totally different story. The lady behind the till was having a private conversation and I stood there waiting for 10 minutes before trying to get her to acknowledge my existence. When I went over I was told “hold on a minute”This was the worst customer service ever.I don’t think I’ll be heading back, which is a shame as the groomer is amazing! Just cant deal with that kind of attitude

Great little local pet shop that has all the required basics as well as a variety of different treats for all pets. Our bunny will only use the barley straw from here, he loves to eat it as well as sleep on it. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

We purchased guinea pigs for our children from here. The children were able to chose them, visit them regularly and then (once the animals were old enough) collect the pets. Each time we visited the staff were really friendly and it made a great experience for the kids. The animals had obviously been very well cared for and well handled. Staff were very knowledgeable about the animals. We would certainly buy pets from them again. We also pop in here regularly to buy things and they have a great selection of products.

Both me and my wife went in to the village pet shop on separate occasions (02/07/22)to ask questions about the Guinea pigs , to say that the customer service was poor is an understatement. The Lesley behind the counter was rude and abrupt and made us both feel that we were interrupting her. Let’s say will not be using the local pet shop again.

Fantastic local little pet shop. Really knowledgeable staff. Bought my niece rabbits from here recently and the staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. Very impressed. Highly recommend!!

I just want to thank Brooklyn for the caring and thoughtful way she deals with Pepper. Pepper isn’t well at the moment and Brooklyn really made me feel that Pepper was special and she was going to take very good care of her. Pep is not that keen on grooming but I can tell by the way she is with Brooklyn that she can tolerate it and she trusts her. Thanks Brooklyn for a bit of light in what’s been a very dark couple of weeks. I appreciate it so much.
