What an amazing honest company, run by amazing competent and very helpful staff. I am so happy I’m with them, by no choice of my own because my apartment building doesn’t allow people to switch energy providers.They don’t send statements for months on end and then ask you to pay multiple statements all at once. Because the statements are sent so close together they end up double charging people via direct debit because their slow system cannot process that some of the statements have already been paid. If you also love being double charged in a cost a living crisis, this energy company is the right one for you, so it is.I had to cancel my direct debit due to being overcharged on some occasions, and other occasions they just didn’t take payment at all. In February I received a large bill. When I phoned up and asked why it was so much, they said my statements for July and August last year had not been paid. They blamed it on my bank rejecting the payment, which was not true, Sycous just didn’t process the payment. How does it take 6 months to notify customers that payment has not been made? I had to pay 3 months all at once.Occasionally you will get emails from Charlotte trying to explain why bills are so late. She kindly tells you that because the bills for the last 3 months have not been processed, you will be expected to pay them in quick succession when they arrive and gives you a heads up to budget for this accordingly. Yes, thank you Charlotte for that wonderful piece of advice. I will budget for my bills. Silly me. I’d lose my head if it wasn’t attached!Thanks Sycous. I don’t know how you manage to consistently provide a poor service, but you’re amazing at it. Keep up the outstanding work.

I had a terrible experience with Sycous. I had an appointment scheduled with them, and just 56 minutes before the appointment, they called to cancel it. They claimed that the parts needed for the job were not delivered. What a complete and utter joke! This is a complete waste of my time, and I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Sycous. They clearly have no respect for their customers' time and no ability to plan and coordinate their work effectively. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable service provider.

After 4 months of moving into my flat, the account has yet to be set up so I have no idea what my hot water and heating is costing me. Very poor customer service - take weeks to respond via email with no updates, and rude and impatient on the phone.

Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. Overcharged over £500 for heating in the middle of summer - took forever to look into and accused us of causing the bill, despite it clearly showing on our statement as being used within a single day in the middle of summer when we didn't turn our heating on once - clearly a super unrealistic error, and are refusing to make contact with us, trying to force us to pay.We called Sycous and chased them many many times to try and rectify this error - you can literally NEVER get through on the phone no matter what time or day you call (we have tried so so many times), and they have now sent communications to us threatening to disconnect our utilities for not paying our bills despite us raising this error to them as soon as it happened. They ignore our correspondence, will not contact us or accept our communications to them, will not let us pay our bill for the utilities we actually used (which we have been trying repeatedly to do!), and are now threatening to turn off our utilities because they refuse to help us with our issue and we will not pay £500 for heating which we have never even switched on!Completely ridiculous situation and we know many people in our building who have had similar experiences with them. They cause so much stress and anxiety, provide zero customer support or contact, and to be quite frank are an absolute joke of a company - how they are still running I have absolutely no idea. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR UTILITIES AT ALL COSTS - THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.

This company is absolutely a joke .. you pay your services but you still get a credit note . .. u contact them noone is bother to support..and they are always late with sending bills .. and sometimes you even asked to pay 3 bills at same time
