Spoke to rudely by an assistant behind the counter, who was preoccupied in doing another task. Seemed unwilling to listen to what I had to say and take the information onboard. Another colleague spoke with me in a professional manner. Will be looking at other mobile providers now. Very disappointed

The 02 shop manager is not help full and when we told her that 02 sent us to the store to deal with the issue she said can't help.When asked we asked her to get in touch with O2 office she said can't do that.When asked to talk to O2 tech dept about the issue with the SIM card details on her computer she said she can't.All she wanted to do was sell me a new contract.

Awful service. The staff are too busy chatting to be bothered with customers. Tried phoning no answer which was the reason for visiting and there were three of them in there doing nothing. Waste of time.

Do not send parents and those you care about in to O2 scunthorpe. They take advantage of pensioners who don't understand and instead of explaining what they need and don't they sell them services they don't need. Now because of this I have fallen out with my parents for me sending them there when I didn't expect them to be in any danger. On calling them I was told they couldn't do anything unless they come in person and won't even call them up to see if they were taken advantage of or pressured. You cant tell me they weren't at least looking confused when all they did was come up to change sim cards and you sell them other services.... Really poor!

Was told to come into store by an o2 operator in the phone to pay for and collect something then when I got here the woman in the shop said I shouldn't of been told that, not my problem not my job attitude.
