AD Williams Wimbledon

AD Williams should be given an award for providing the worst possible car garage repair service possible.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE AT ANY COST.I made a huge mistake and went against my better judgement and allowed these bunch of cowboys and their partners at Vision, to carry out work on my car, and what a disapointingly, frustrating and costly mistake that was!Moreover, dealing with Vision was probably just as bad if not worse, they have the most unbelievably unprofessional staff, that I have ever had and the displeasure in communicating with, within my 35 years history of arranging services for my vehicle.I am also equally as disappointed with Quote Me Happy, who I once thought was a reputable company, but unfortunatly learnt to my detriment after allowing them to refer me to using these extremely unprofessional Companies.Therefore, if you have been equally disappointed with the treatment you have received whilst dealing with these unprofessional company's, as I have experienced..Please report them to Trading Standards.( I did".)It's even more disappointing that I had to give AD Williams one star

Back bumper Insurance repair following accident.I would have given 0 ⭐️ had that been an option.The only positive thing about this place is the delivery drivers!It really is not worth the hassle, using this place for a repair.Take heed of the reviews, I wish I had looked at them before our car went in.They were:UnreliableUnprofessionalIncompetentUntrustworthyRudeConfrontationalFrom my experience they definitely are not the UK’s Trusted accident repair group.

This was a nominated garage from an insurance claim. Awful service, could never be contacted by phone and when emailed a rude lady, I presume is the reception would respond. Conflicting information about my car and repair was given and my car was also damaged while in their garage. Avoid.

After reading the reviews I was hesitant about dropping my car in. However, the service from. Repair side of view was genuinely excellent.Customer service needs a bit of a revisit though…spent 40 mins on hold to both their numbers.

They Need Months to Do 1 minor Job which other place did in 3 days.Cannot believe how lazy people can be

Good luck even getting through to these people. Called numerous times and when I did finally get through they hung up immediately.

My car underwent repairs starting in June, but the process was marred by delays due to initially receiving incorrect parts. After six months of waiting, my car was delivered with noticeable dust and some unsightly marks. To add to the frustration, the damaged wing mirror remained untouched. This experience feels more like a joke than a proper repair service.I would have given “0”star if there is an option

I am unfortunate enough to have to use this company as my insurance company is dealing with my claim and have nominated them. It has so far taken since them 21/1022 until 09/11/22 to contact me. My car was booked in for today. Only for them to tell me I needed to have a recovery service collect my car as it has no bumper and it’s illegal to drive. I told them during the initial call that it has no bumper. They have photos to show the damage. I can’t believe it’s taking this long just to get the car into them. So now I have to wait until the 14/11/22. What a truly shabby company. If you “don’t have the capacity “ to deal with repairs you shouldn’t accept them through instance companies
