Sadly we said goodbye to our beautiful dog Nuvo a week ago. We cannot thank Rosemary lodge enough for the support they have given through this awful time.We were taken to a room away from the waiting area to wait for the vet where they offered us a drink. The vet Cathy was amazing, she fully understood the pain we were going through. She made what was an absolutely awful time slightly more at bearable. Cathy was talking to Nuvo the whole way through and made sure we understood everything and if we were ok.They have taken paw and nose prints for us which was a lovely touch and something we will cherish forever. We also received a beautiful card today offering their condolences with “forget me not” seeds to plant. These personal touches go such a long way when you are hurting so thank you so much Rosemary Lodge and to Cathy.Steve and Jenny Drew

My little girl Lexa, was under the care of the Peasdown St John practice since she was adopted during lockdown at the age of 3. Prior to that the 3 previous dogs i adopted. The practice (including cathy, the vet and Sharon the receptionist/administrator ) have provided the most amazing care) Cathy is just so lovely and is absolutely made to provide the care she does. The staff are very respectful and all hold a passion for the animals under their care. As my little girl was not good with other dogs they did all they could to ensure she entered the practice without sight of other animals and given the reassurance she needed. I cant thank them enough for the care, attention and understanding they have always shown. I always knew Lexie was in good hands. Thank you xxxxxx

Tremendous reception team and an absolutely outstanding vet, who was skilled and efficient but took time to reassure my wife - fantastic service

Our beautiful boy Bob (miniature dachshund) suffered a sudden inability to walk Sunday night while we were holidaying in Cornwall. We were referred to Bath and had a 10 am appointment the next day. Within an hour he was scanned and operated on straight away.Their professionalism, caring nature and wonderful dedication has been a godsend. We are now travelling home with a recovering Bob who hopefully will make a full recovery but we wanted to publicly thank and acknowledge everyone at Bath surgery but especially Ted the surgeon and the caring nurses that have looked after him so well.

Sadly, I've downgraded from 5 star to 1 star. I am very disappointed with an unbelievable cockup that was never rectified and had no conclusion or apology. There appears to be a major communication problem between day staff and out of hours vets who operate from the same building at Rosemary Lodge. They night staff are a different company and are based in Glasgow, I believe, and this has recently been implemented to cover out of hours. IT DOESN'T WORK ! Since our unbelievably upsetting incident, I've heard from 3 others with serious issues. Withdrawn our 7 cats from Rosemary Lodge and the cat clinic as a result, although I must say the cat clinic had no issues. What else can you expect when all the vets are taken over by uncaring corporate tyrants. From hero to zero. DONT RECOMMEND

Very compassionate, we had to say goodbye to our fur baby, and they gave us all the time we needed. Never rushed, thank you, you are all wonderful people ❤️

We’ve been with Bath Vets since we moved to the area in 2020. They have looked after us through 2 litters of puppies, various illnesses and routine appointments. We have always had an extremely high level of service. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any pet owner.

Waited 40 minutes for my appointment and no update on why the vet was running late. Always bill shock when I go back to reception. No management of expectations from the vet when treatment is agreed. Poor communication between receptionists and vets. Getting information from the vet post appointment is difficult. Calling me at home and not calling my mobile despite me asking for a call to my mobile. It's never a great customer experience.
