Don't waste your time buying these cheap and cheerful bikes. I bought there Longjia LJ50QT-3M bike and within months it was developing problems. I had to keep paying to send it to a local bike specialist who had to fix various issues over the months I had it.1)There was a constant issue of starting, it would take at least 5-10 minutes in the morning to get it just to stay on without cutting out.2)Every time I came to a traffic light or junction it would cut out and then cease to start again.3)After about 1 month of owning it, the bracket for the exhaust snapped. Terrible company my Grandson purchased a bike in October still has not received any paperwork never answer phone or reply to emailsThey emailed on Wednesday 4th January to say that paperwork was in post 12th today guess what NO PAPERWORK receivedHow can he register bike ?Would give no stars if there was that option

Terrible Company, wish we had never bought a bike from them. Never answer there phones been waiting over a month for a piece to the bike that we can only get from them.

Got the longjia lj50qt-3l by the time I registered the bike it wouldn't start and I asked if learner legal would send someone out that was a no even though it's under warranty terrible customer service AVOID.

Shocking customer service. The process from me purchasing the bike to actually receiving it took over 7 weeks. This doesn't include the extra 3 weeks the paperwork has taken/is taking as learner legal decided they didn't want to do it themselves. Buy elsewhere for your own good.

Buyer beware avoid. Bought in December 2016 it's now 3 months on and still no paperwork so unable to register with DVLA so cannot use , no customers service but get charged for any phone calls premium rates for him (Lee Stewart)put phone down on you every time. Still I'm just waiting for my court date to come through now. Trading standards are looking into him also so be warned

Yes they do cheap bikes but OMG there customer service is TERRIBLE I have reported to trading standards as they do not offer what they advertise. Warranty is non exsistent as can't get through to them. Took me weeks to register bike due to paperwork there end and had to pick up myself after paying for delivery as waited in for 3 days on promises that it's on it's way whennit CLEARY was not. I rang there phone 57 times to get an answer and when I finally did as they kept lift receiver and putting back down was told to shut up and stop calling I'm annoying them. Do your self a favour as TRUST me go pay a little more elsewhere as thiscwont work out cheap in the long run!! Do as you may you have been warned!!!!!!!

Oh dear. Massive disappointment. Having bought 2 49cc scooters several years ago with no problems I went straight to them for the 3rd one. Wished I never had. Bought scooter 23rd Nov and after several emails and phone calls finally arrived 4th January. They usually send an envelope several days later with a VAT invoice & other documents you then use to register with DVLA. My application has now been rejected TWICE because the vehicle does not have a NOVA notification (Notification of Vehicle Approval) which Learner Legal claim to have done. My insurer is now going to cancel the insurance because I haven't given them the registration number in the due time. That's £280 down the drain. Emails are answered with few words if at all and phoning is pointless. When I have got through the person on the other end is rude, blunt and doesn't have the time of day to help. My advice: pay a little more and go elsewhere. The scooter was for my son's xmas & 16th birthday combined. He still can't ride it :(Can't put no stars :(

Absolutely awful company. Purchased brand new Huaniou 125 and within 8 weeks it was in the garage with a major engine fault. Learner legal kept hanging up when I rang to complain and ask what they would do. Had to buy a new engine at £450 And once fixed the bike kept breaking down every few weeks. Scrapped the bike in the end and went with a professional company. Would absolutely never recommend buying anything from this company.

Terrible customer service, never seem to answer the phone, when they did they immediately hung up 3 out of 4 times, the only time they did speak to me was to tell me that they'd actually run out of the bike that is ordered, not that they went to any effort to inform me, I had to make 12 phone calls and 2 emails over 2 days to to find this out 2 days after it was due for delivery. For the refund they wanted me to send my account details to a random email address with no obvious association with the company?? I want to give it zero stars to be honest, trust me, they may be cheap but if anything goes wrong, you'll be on your own
