Turf and soil delivered as requested. Unloaded quickly and placed exactly where requested. Top soil was good quality, as was turf. No patchy areas. Rain supplied free of charge!

I recently had the opportunity to work with George and Freddie at George Davies Turf Ltd. When discussing the stories (visual stories - photos) GDT wanted to portray, it was apparent that one of their core values and selling points is Customer Care & Reputation. George & Freddie detailed to me that nothing is impossible for GDT so ensuring orders and deliveries are as a quick turnaround as possible, to provide premium delivery service with top quality products and duty of care and attention to the customers when on site, on delivery day.With this in mind, I followed one of George's key delivery drivers Waldek. and witnessed the lengths, care and attention Waldek go goes to to make sure his customers orders are delivered on time, as quickly as possible (5 mins window), as efficiently as possible (less noise, clean parking, etc) and with customer satisfaction (quality product, helping with drop offs to direct site location, and with a smile).A brilliant experience, with great products on offer and an even better team behind the scenes making GDT the leading company for all your garden and landscaping requirements!

Recently placed, what was a very modest order with this company, but I was treated like I was the best customer they have. From the moment Dawn answered my first call to the guy in the yard who helped us load the car, I was treated so well. The quality was so good that even a novice turf layer like me couldn’t fail to do a good job. It was fresh, evenly cut and within a few days looked like it had been there for years. I would have no hesitation in giving this company a top star rating. In these days of declining customer care this company stands out as a beacon of how it could, and should be done. I believe their ethos comes from the top and they should be very proud of their standards. Fantastic.

Couldn't be happier! I called before ordering to make sure the turf didn't contain plastic netting, and had a really helpful conversation. Picked up from the Bedford depot (despite, I think, having accidentally ordered at St Albans), and again, the person who helped me (and loaded the car!) was extremely helpful. Wonderful. And the turf is growing like crazy!
