Great customer service from Ashley and Kyle who were super helpful and great choice of products at such a good price. It is a nice, clean and tidy store compared to a lot of other outlet shops, it has a high quality and professional feel to it. Looking forward to coming back for more bargains! Great addition to the North East!

Visited Puma store on Thursday 20th July Very warm welcome from staff. Store well set out with a variety of stock for all ages. I tried some joggers on,nice big changing rooms.thanks to Dylan. Rachel on till helpful.
