Fantastic practitioners and service!I was hesitant to start laser hair removal as I don't have fair skin and was worried about getting burned, but the practitioners made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment(s) and gave me aftercare tips that I followed to minimise redness. I have now completed my treatment course and I have minimal, fine hair on my face. I feel much more comfortable in my own skin and I would easily recommend this place to anyone considering getting treatment here! Thank you everyone ❤️

Had two moles removed, one on my chin and one on my ear which was also a wart and pretty large. Over two weeks on and they've healed so well you wouldn't have thought they were ever there. Thank you!

If there was more stars I’d definitely give them! Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Every single member of staff were so lovely throughout the whole thing. From having my consultation, patch test and then the actual procedure (laser resurfacing) nothing was ever an issue for them. They always explained everything step by step. I honestly can’t thank them all enough for giving me my confidence back after so many years of hiding away. They’ve changed my life massively so thank you to each and every one of you

the worst clinic ever, avoid it, rude staff, clinic manager. I had laser hair removal and a relative had a surgical liposuction. both failed, extreme pain, very expensive, very rude, they cancel appointments etc. The worst experience I ever had, even the clinic manager. The lady who was doing my laser hair removal comeneted on my body very rude and unprofessional, very rude comment I can't even share on here. The only good person I saw in this clinic is Lisa. I now use another clinic and I'm very happy there, much cheaper, quicker results, very kind and flexible with appointments, caring, respectful and Professional.

Staff were always very friendly with me and helpful. Laser operator always went at my speed when I needed a short break because of pain. Got my NHS sessions of facial hair removal here and would go back if I needed more

They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.Helen who did my treatment (CO2 laser skin resurfacing) is fabulous. Her knowledge and honesty put me completely at ease.I had a detailed consultation in which she explained what the procedure would involve, also the aftercare.The treatment itself was superb. I'm incredibly happy with the results and it healed amazingly well.Anyone looking for a skin clinic, should look no further. I can't recommend Helen and the team at Skin Medical enough. The service and care is OUTSTANDING.

Very professional and shows a great deal of. involvement with me as her client and what I wanted, plus she has a strong emphasis on aftercare. looking forward to my next session! receptionist has been lovely and very polite too, letting me stay and cool my face down for as long as I need to.

About 18 months ago, I underwent a hair transplant that was performed by this team. The thinning of my hair at the front and back was something I had worried about for years, and even when I looked in to getting it done, I was put off about the potential cost, scarring and how natural it would look - plus I knew I would be ribbed by my mates for getting it done!Deciding to get it done with this team was the best thing I could have done. I expected them to be professional, but the level of information I received prior, and also the aftercare was brilliant.As expected, I was ribbed by my mates for getting it done, however, everyone one of them have since said how good it looks, and they are now considering getting it done themselves.In regard to any scarring, when I went or my first proper haircut after the operation, my barber said it was the best hair transplant he had ever seen, as he couldn't see any scarring at all (other customers who had it done had little white dots/scars - barely noticeable, but still there). I've had numerous people in work and friends I don't get to see much, all say how natural it looks.It has made a massive difference to my confidence and self esteem. I can't thank this place/team enough!!!

I had treatment here back in 2016 for some scars. I was told by the nurse Helen (I'm not sure if they are still there) that they weren't scars, but in fact moles that had come back raised. I wasn't so sure about this and was convinced they were scars. Anyway I unfortunately decided to go ahead with treatment which was using a hyfrecator. During treatment no numbing cream or anything was applied to my face which I was a bit weary of, luckily I have a high pain tolerance, but it still seemed weird. Fast forward couple months once the scabs had fallen off I noticed no change to most of the scars and one of them had worsened. I contacted the clinic about my concerns, but was quickly dismissed that I was still healing and that I would need to pay to be seen again or have further treatment. I obviously never went back and it has been confirmed with many treatments since then that they are in fact scars. I've learnt my lesson to do more research.
