We came here on Saturday after going swimming. I was served by lovely lady, she had blonde hair and glasses. It was our first time visiting and she was so polite and friendly, she also showed my eldest where to find some some colouring. The food really was good, will definitely be coming back again!

Friendly atmosphere, reasonably priced beers and food. Nice area for pool table, and darts board, separate from main bar.Has ideal placements for tv's for sports.

We went there today 15.12.23 for Christmas Dinner. The food was outstanding. Starters were enormous,Main was perfect. i just love the puds here. What I love about the crown wood chef is that they always heat the plates, something you don't get at other places. They don't rush you for each course, you can take your time.

The chicken kebab and mixed kebab were really tasty, and we both opted for the small portions, which were actually reasonably sized. The service was quick and friendly. Highly recommended.

Spotlessly Clean, Friendly Landlord & Landlady, Food is amazing value for money. It's great to sit in a relaxed environment without the idiots so often encountered . A pub the way pubs used to be. Thank You.

Brought 2 small chicken kebabs not much in both tbh quality of food gone down hill the last year or so used to be the best I’d always buy from there but after tonight i won’t no more my mum found not one but 3 blonde hairs in her kebab entwined in the middle of her chicken pieces definitely not her hair as she’s a red head plus pitta bread was cold and hard on the edges plus she had one slice of cucumber and one slice of tomato tried calling them to tell them but can’t get hold of them NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very tasty kebab every time and very professional service, especially from the young handsome one, and his dad is a wonderful professional cook and his mum is so lovely and always smiling. Definitely would recommend this friendly, professional kebab van
