ABC Paramedic Services & First Aid Training

We required an ambulance to take my bedridden mother-in-law to her deceased husband's funeral. As she had not been out of her first floor bedroom for over a year we were anxious to say the least.However we should not have worried, Craig and his team put us at ease and provided service that was not only 100 percent excellent but was outstanding.Craig and his team were exceptional, from turning up exactly on time and attending the funeral as well as acting with compassion and professionalism at all times at what was a difficult time for us all was greatly appreciated.I have no hesitation in recommending ABC Paramedic Services , who in my view are outstanding !

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. My father was taken into hospital during a trip to Scotland and urgently needed to get back to Devon. I phoned a number of companies, and when I spoke to ABC Paramedics Craig was very knowledgeable and actually assisted my initial enquiries by telling me we needed paramedics on board etc. Before that point, no one had mentioned the skill level of the staff, and then I realised some companies had been offering care assistance instead.I spoke to Craig on Wed lunchtime and they had the journey scheduled to collect dad by 8am on the Thursday.It was a scary time and we had to put our faith in Craig. He did not disappoint.My dads journey with Steve was a comfortable one, and Steve kept me updated along the way.I, personally am sceptical of online reviews, but I honestly cannot thank these guys enough and if I can ever share my experience with anyone that needs reassurance, I would be happy to do so.

Great training, CPR update in a relaxed environment. Very informative and realistic based approach. Craig is very personable and delivers an upbeat but empathetic view on how emergency matters should be dealt with.

An ambulance was called for me on Tuesday afternoon at roslin doctors and I was taken to the royal infirmary, the paramedics were fantastic friendly and so reassuring I felt so at ease even although I was feeling unwell, thank you so muchKindest regardsWilliam Rouse
