Matt delivered us a whole team training session on Adaptive Movement and it was fantastic. Tailored for the needs of our company, really professional, informative and lots of practical examples. Everyone left feeling more confident about how to encourage safe movement and how to adapt it to the needs of all our clients. Highly recommend.

I am now 88 years old and have been going to this gym for well over a year. I have always enjoyed sports activities and found the gym quite by chance. I go twice a week, the trainers are delightful and look after me very well, they are very kind and take care of me and encourage me always to do better. I will keep going for as long as I can.

Matt and his team have provided fantastic online exercise sessions to us for the past couple of years. The sessions are tailored perfectly to the needs of our beneficiaries, and they have been of great benefit to many stroke survivors who have watched them. As well as providing highly valuable content in these sessions, Matt and his colleagues are very personable and always make them interesting, and it has been a joy to work with them. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Matt has worked with my 13 year old son for many years to help his strength & balance due to his Cerebral Palsy.Matt is fantastic, he makes training fun & exciting, he adapts his routines depending on my sons moods & tiredness.The difference Matt has made to my sons mobility, strength & fitness is incredible.You will never find a more dedicated, kind & enthusiastic Personal trainer than Matt.

After my brain injury I needed a rehabilitation gym to build up my strength.I have been coming for over a year and I am still motivated by the team, even during the cold days! They have helped me enormously with body strength, stamina and general conversation about diet etc.As I have improved, so has my self-esteem and confidence which I am sure has enabled me to recover quickly.I can't recommend it highly enough.

We had an excellent session understanding how to use the LifeGlider for exercise and strength building. Ali was a fantastic PT who inspired us on how to use the LfieGlider and our imagination to build confidence and help overcome the fear of falling.

I really like my visits to this gym. The staff are friendly and kind and I feel they give me enough work to do to challenge me on every visit, but not too much. I never leave discouraged. But overall I do think my fitness is improving. Congratulations

Matt provides a brilliant service by visiting us at Headway Essex - Benfleet Hub Day Centre to provide an accessible exercise session bi-weekly. He easily builds a trusting relationship with our service users and, whilst running the session as a group, he is able to work with each individual to ensure the exercise is beneficial to them and appropriate based on their abilities.
