We used Streathers in Crouch End for a lease extension on our flat and we were highly impressed with the service. Yasmin is the in house expert on leasehold issues and guided us expertly through the whole process. We certainly like we were in very safe hands with her. She was also very responsive and pleasant to deal with from the start to the finish of the process. Yasmin corrected our landlord's solicitor on the mechanism for the lease extension based on her previous experience and redrafted the lease. Rates for the lease extension were also competitive. We would highly recommend Yasmin and Streathers based on our experience and would definitely use Streathers again.

Our flat sale was a nightmare, with 4 offers falling through. But Trisha was fantastic. Completely calm and organised throughout. She was firm with other solicitors when needed, and really tried continuously to get this sale over the line, which it eventually did. She is happy to explain the process and takes the time to also be friendly and personable. Without a doubt we would use her again.

Trisha Pancholi at Streathers was the silver lining in what was a profoundly stressful year - as first time buyers we had 2 sales fall through due to sellers pulling out at various stages of conveyancing. We did however stick with Trisha who always had our best interests at heart and was a much needed source of stability.We finally completed on our third attempt a few days ago and Trisha’s consummate care and attention to detail were second to none. A fantastic team, particularly Bianca. We had a rather nightmarish process with our flat purchase because the seller’s solicitors were strangely incompetent and erratic, which was then explained by the fact they were suddenly shut down pending a criminal investigation into the alleged embezzlement of millions of pounds. Quite stressful, and delayed things by quite a few weeks! But Bianca and her team were brilliant at managing it all, keeping us informed and calm and making sure everything was in order. We also had an offer fall through and they were kind enough not to charge us for the hours accrued by starting the process. I would recommend them very highly, and would not hesitate to use them again if I were ever mad enough to consider moving house again!
