I couldn't recommend DP Lettings enough, kept me informed every step of the way when applying for a house, and solved any problems as soon as possible when I'd moved in some which I already knew about before moving in and within the quickest time possible all are now fixed. Can't thank the team enough they've done everything you'd want and more being a Tennant.

Found my new home on their website, rang to arrange a house viewing and they got me in the very next day! I viewed the house and said I’d like to take it! They got me in my new home so fast and even left me a welcome package. All went very smoothly and got replies really fast about anything I needed! Really recommend DP Lettings! They have been amazing getting my new home!

We live next door to a DP property in kintra road Hartlepool, when we first found out that a lettings agency had taken over we were worried, but we needn’t have worries because the 1st tenant was brilliant they then moved and now we have a 2 nd fabtastic tenant, many thanks DP lettings keep up the great work

Requires 6 whole years rent history or a guarantor, apparently being willing to pay the full tenancy in advance and having enough income to pay the rent normally isn't enough.

From being homeless to having a home, all down to the dedication of the D P Lettings team, I wouldn't recommend anyone else.To have a team that will fight your corner as a tenant is refreshing.
