Fantastic purchase from this small dealership. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0 V6 CRD (2012 VM Motari) which was in near immaculate condition for a 11 year old Jeep. We discussed the service history and they without hesitation agreed to do a full service and transmission fluid change. They might be a bit more expensive than other dealers but you know you won’t be getting a roulette vehicle with JSW - that’s the difference, everyone comments how good my Jeep looks and sounds. My only issue is they put 5w30 c3 oil on the service however Chrysler changed it to 5w40 in 2015 due to engine failures. No biggie, it’s not well known and more relevant to the RAM 1500 which uses the same engine (and tows a lot more). Overall, amazing staff, amazing cars and most of all absolutely trustworthy local business.

My Car developed a complex fault with the computer modules and multible elecrical system failures, after many calls to garages and auto electricians no one would take it on, I contacted Jonathan at JSW, he accepted the challenge, picked it up the next day, his team quickly got to the root of the problem, repaired the faults and reset the modules, when I picked up the car it not only was in full working order, but had a full valet inside and out, highly recommended.

Brought a nissan navara in mint condition with very low mileage..As with any vehicle you purchase you do get a few gremlins.I had some small issues,With no hesitation they was straight on it..I've brought cars over the years.And the hassle I've had trying to get the jobs done from after sales,I could write a book with all the excuses they throw at you..Not with JSWWould highly recommend JSWExcellent customer service.Thanks for a friendly and hassle free service.

Bought a mitsubishi shogun from this company which came with a 3 month warranty, very pleased with the car, drove superb, until we put the caravan on and it went into limp mode going up the first hill, I live in Grimsby so it's quite a trek to go back but took it back to jsw who got on it straight away, first time it didn't cure the problem, so went back again, as usual they were straight on it, long story short, they let me have a loan car until they got to the bottom of it and Jonathan has just delivered it back to me in Grimsby, not a short journey, he's taken the loan car back. Tested the car and it's cured the fault. It was one of those tricky ones, it didn't leave a code but they worked hard to get it sorted.I would definitely recommend this company, John, and Jonathan are great to deal with, I will be recommending them to all my 4x4 driving mates.

Top place for USA cars! They know what they are doing and owner Johnathan prides himself with getting best outcome for his customers. Wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. They have mechanics that troubleshoot and understand vehicles, they fixed my PT cruiser when Norwich jeep dealer had no luck, wished I had known about JSW sooner! Will be using them fully now. Purchased a 2011 dodge ram. Always great with communication. Even if they were busy they always called back straight away. Gave the vehicle a thorough inspection before collection where they found a sticky brake caliper slider and they had it done and sorted before collection. I dealt with salesman Jon. Wasn't pushy. Let me have a wander round it at my own pace. Left very happy.
