Advanced Chiropractic Maldon

The work done for me here is amazing. I came here because I have a herniated disc. I have struggled for a year and a bit now. I have been seeing Rowan for 5-6 weeks now and most or nearly all my pain has gone! She is amazing and has made my life so my easier, she also gives me emails with exercises to help once I’ve left which are super helpful too. I have also started massage sessions with Jane and Claire, both women are outstanding at their jobs and again the difference these two have made has also helped so much! Even front of house are lovely, Charlotte and Daisy, both really polite. I see Daisy most times, she is a wonderful person, super happy and always asks how I’ve been. The whole team always leave me wanting to come back the next week, daily if I could! Honesty, a great chiropractic operation.

I visited advanced chiropractic with an ongoing shoulder issue. Dr Rowan was fantastic she has relieved me of so much pain and given me ways to help at home. I wish I had seen her sooner. Would definitely recommend.

Rowan is phenomenal! She has helped me through my pregnancy with carpal tunnel, pelvis and back pain and now postpartum helping me get my body back and fit to look after my beautiful son! The overall feel when entering the practice is friendly and very welcoming.Dr Rowan Oldham carried out my course of treatment where she explained everything so I could understand and made me feel at ease at every session. She was amazing and understood my problems even when I found it hard to explain properly. Rowan is exceptional at her skills / knowledge and seems to know exactly where on my body the issues was, hitting the spot every time!The receptionist/admin Rosie was really welcoming and personal. One day I woke up with pain in my neck shooting down to my shoulder blade. I thought it would pass, but after a month of tolerating it and with no sign of it shifting, I decided to bite the bullet and see someone about it. I booked an appointment with Dr Rowan after seeing all the glowing reviews.On the day of my appointment, I was anxious, but my mind was put to ease, as the receptionists are pleasant and welcoming.Onto the actual treatment - I can safely say all the positive reviews are deserved and that I am incredibly happy with the amount of progress we have made.In the span of a few weeks the pain has gone from a constant sharp ache to a dull pain every so often, and it continues to get better with the appointments and exercises. Not only that, but I find I am standing straighter after years of noticing a slight hunch in my back.Honestly, if you have been suffering with aches and pains, Dr Rowan is the one to go to, and I have faith that all the other Chiropractors working here are up to the same quality.

Straight away Rowan made me feel confident that the obvious expertise that she has was going to be put to the test straight away. I can’t recommend Rowan highly enough. I’m pain free for the first time in over three years. She actually listens to you and then treats the symptoms gently and effectively. The reception ladies are so friendly and lovely and the whole place is clean and smells amazing. I’m so glad to have found such a brilliant practice 5* all the way
