I have been collecting illustrated books and their artwork since the 1960's and have some favourite illustrators one of whom is John Austen (of Hamlet and LEC fame.)I LOVE his Everyman with its unusual illustrations with gilt backgrounds and its Mystery Plays feel.I wanted a copy specially bound to celebrate my 70th birthday and looked at the various binderies and came across one in Hull the birthplace of Wilberforce and my best friend of many decades. I struck gold. The binding is a masterpiece. A work of art. Messrs Ingram and Robinson have produced an object of beauty and perfection. The gold tooling is wonderfully precise with just the right bite/stamping. I am so pleased. It is of a quality I have never seen before. The weight of the boards is perfect. They open lightly and together with the rounded spine rest as lightly in my hand. WONDERFUL. So, too, Mr Robinson's slipcase. Between them, they have given a new coat and wardrobe to a favourite book and made the perfect Birthday Gift to myself. I cannot thank them enough.My choice was a quarter binding in black Oasis goat skin and black cloth along with a matching slipcase.

Had my dissertation hardback bound by this company. Turned out brilliantly, very professional looking, can’t fault it at all. Highly recommend.
