No other Taxi company like this! First class customer service + always on time for my daily 6AM pickups. Have been using for years and years and have never had any issues. Highly recommend!

Worst taxi experience of my life. Booked a taxi online for an emergency doctors appointment in Porton. Taxi arrived late and missed my appointment while driving. Driver was rude and ignored me and my partner when telling him several times that we don't need to go there anymore, even rang and arranged a new appointment on the phone in the taxi. He was driving really fast, slamming hard on brakes and taking sharp turns. Only when trying to drive up a one way track by a tractor did he finally stop. My partner said again about missing the appointment and driver shouted at him. Both feeling uncomfortable we asked to be dropped here and we'll get another taxi home and he refused so he agreed to dropping us at Porton garden center (only place I knew this far out of Salisbury). He drove really slow this time and took the longest route which resulted in the fare being £30. My partner and I had to walk from Porton garden center all the way back to Salisbury in February while I was miscarrying my baby. 6 hours later I was in hospital and resulting in surgery. I called City Cabs days after being discharged from hospital and spoke to a manager who I told everything to. Seemed nice, saw on the satnav exactly what I explained happened and said he'd look into it and will be in touch est and.... Nothing. No call, email, never got my money back, not even an apology. I've swerved City Cabs since. I didn't deserve this or to be treated this way.

Fantastic service I used after had to drop car to my local garage for MOT and needed lift back. They were on time and very professional which I was really impressed with. Highly recommended.

I would caution others to check around for quotes to get an idea of pricing before booking.This is because, having been told that the fare would be a fixed price of £45, when the journey took place the meter read ~£11. However, as £45 was what the booking stated, the driver was unwilling to accept the true value of the journey of £11. Whilst £45 was what was stated on the booking, I did not expect this to be a 300% higher cost over and above the true cost of the journey. Won't be using again.

One off the best cabs around town they come within minutes off hanging the phone up and the cars are really nice and warm I would recommend using them all the time also suck lovely drivers!!!

The cab came late.45min .Thdn when I asked why.The driver was very rude and replied so what.Then I was over charged by the driver .When I Normally pay £12 he charged me £24 .Plus there was a bad Oder in the cab.I will never use this firm again.And advise you to call another taxi company with a clean cab.

Absolutely brilliant service from this company especially Lorraine and the other fellow who took us to the lamb inn on Saturday,would recommend this company to any one,thanks again,the Enfield boys
