Brilliant service from this company.My phone packed up 5pm one evening and I really needed it for work the next day.These were open till 6.30pm so I raced there.He stayed till gone 7pm sorting the problem out and got me able to work the next day.Genuine company who have my business in future.Thanks again.B.Williams.

These guys are absolutely superb. Really knowledgeable and professional. They fixed my screen and port charger on the same day within a couple of hours. Don't make the same mistake I did and go to one of naff/cheap phone case type shops in town, as they failed to fix the problem and when reassembling the phone used a bit of tape to stick down the board instead of the correct screw! Couldn't recommend Fix My Screen highly enough, cheers lads.

Really professional and trustworthy company. Went in with a problem with my speaker that I thought it would mean it needed replacing. They told me it could just be dirt in the grill and cleaned it out right then which fixed the problem. Then didn’t even charge me! Very grateful as I had previously been to ee and they wanted to send it away to be fixed

Not the easiest place to find as there is no relevant signage on the building: but it is opposite Splash World on Victoria WayExcellent, quick and on the spot replacement of my iPhone battery for a lot less than I expected to pay. Simon was a motivated and most pleasant person to deal with and a mine of IT information and advice

Couldn't ask for a better service. After ringing and pricing a few places to fix my phone, it was incredibly apparent of the experience and knowledge Adam had on the matter. He gave his unbiased opinion on my particular issue (which I massively appreciated) and had my phone fixed on the same day and in just an hour and a half, along with a one year warranty. If you want your phone fixed right, go to these guys. They were brilliant.

Me and my boyfriend visited here today to get his charger port cleaned as it was full of dust and lint.Charger port was cleaned completely in a very quick manner, and it was free of charge! Was definitely not expecting that...(I don't think doing things for free is the norm, we were just very lucky).Service with a smile, very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a repair, and will be returning if needed.
