I have just had the most amazing indian head massage with Nicola of Aroha Healing I am quite self conscious but Nic made me feel so relaxed and put me at ease with her calming energy. The massage was fabulous, I felt all my stresses leaving me. She also has gorgeous wax melts and candles which she makes herself and some are infused with crystals. I have had both the reiki treatment and an Indian head massage from nicola and both have been amazing. I have had reiki from a few different places but aroha healing Is by far the best experience I have had. I left feeling uplifted and totally zen. I would highly recommend. The Indian head massage again was great. I felt as though I had recieved a full body massage not just my head and shoulders.
