Very disappointing experience with my eyebrows. Unfortunately, I did my eyebrows but my skin got burnt. This was yesterday. The lady was somehow nice even tough I could not understand her fully but she said the wax temperature was normal but my skin was very sensitive.Although is true that my skin is somewhat sensitive, I have waxed my eyebrows before but this is the first time my skin has been affected like that. The irritation is gone now but the scars are still there, do not how I am going to make them disappear.Anyways, painful experience and also uneven shape. Just be careful, and ask to test the temperature before applying anything to your skin. Or simply go somewhere else that treats your skin with more care.———-Reply to the owner: that is right, I mentioned that it was my first time waxing at your place. I have waxed my eyebrows previously but this was the first time that I have a skin reaction due to the temperature of the wax.

I’ve been come to this place for about 4/5 years now and I don’t trust anyone else but Rosina with my eyebrows. She’s absolutely amazing and pays attention to detail. Would definitely recommend :)))))

Nice and clean saloon.Rozina is lovely, professional and really flexible. She always tries to accomodate my requests even when I don't book in advance. She is quick but she doesn't rash the treatments.

Ive just moved to London so was very weary of going to a new beauty salon, I had a great experience here. Dr Khan was friendly, calm and very professional. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for making me feel pampered and looked after.

I’m a 63 year old man who’s never had a beauty treatment before. Looking in the mirror, it was evident that I could really do with a facial, so I booked myself in.I had no idea what to expect as I lay on the table with my eyes closed.Rosina has a lovely manner and I immediately relaxed. As soon as she applied her fingers to my face, I knew she had ‘the touch’.My nose needed much attention after 63 years of neglect, but Rosina persevered and sweet-talked me through what was occasionally a bit challenging my end.The results were impressive but what I hadn’t expected was the whole thing being an ‘experience’. I left the salon walking on air.Prices more than reasonable, give it a go and make sure you ask for Rosina.

A very relaxing warm atmosphere with soothing treatments. I just had a facial and lash extensions and Im very pleased with the result. I would definitely recommend it!
