Wendy and the team go above and beyond every time and for us working in the trade, this is simply the best place to shop!Always great service, trade prices (speak to the team) and easy to park.If anyone senior from Topps reads this, give the team a raise, they're worth every penny!

I have just visited the Carlisle store and was served by the lovely Leon who was so helpful, well mannered , went out of his way to help , great customer service. You wouldn’t think he had only started this job a few weeks ago well done Leon your doing an amazing job. Leon even took my tiles out to my car and put them in my car thank you for a great experience Leon

Alice provided superb customer service, helping design tiling for a fireplace and our bathroom. Great value and good selection of tiles to choose from. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers, would highly recommend the Carlisle branch thanks to Alice!

Visited topps at Carlisle last week and bought woodeves tiles in the clearance section . Needed one more box which we were told they could get us from another store , we got these a few days later . When we got home we liked the tiles so much we went back to see if we could get another 8 boxes . Alice at this store could not have been more helpful , she went out of her way to source another 8 boxes at the same price and all the same batch number . They were sourced from scunthorpe and delivered to carlise. The service from Alice has been fantastic and we would definitely use topps again . Alice in this store is a credit to the company. Thankyou again

Discovered a mistake on my invoice for purchases at the Carlisle store but didn't spot the error until I returned to Norfolk. i rang the store direct, spoke to Emma who really moved heaven and earth to get me a refund .A true star, a gem and credit to the organisation.
