Placed an order on a Saturday evening. Email confirmed the order. 2 minutes later another email saying a refund has been issued. No explanation as to why. Still waiting for my money. Sent numerous emails and have not had any sort of reply. Disappointed doesn't cover it.

No Stars! Don't waste your time or money.Ordered at 19:53, received confirmation email delivery will be 20:45. Order NEVER arrived! Received email at 21:50, no apology, no explanation just a refund. Two hours after you order food ???Kitchen Hotline telephone number is an answerphone machine, emails are answered within 48hrs...how is this company still in business ???

We love the food here, but the last time we ordered online, the food didn’t show up and we found out that they were closed, so no idea why the website still let us place an order. We rang them many times with no answer and when we finally got through, we were given another number to request a refund and no one has ever answered at that number. We have also emailed and facebooked with no response, so we still have not received a refund!

Food was lovely & customer service was on point, will definitely be coming back here again.

£32.75 for 3 items… you would think you would get food! We were very disappointed when the ‘food’ turned up.Food was 50 mins late, with no update from the restaurant had to request an ETA through Just Eat.Ordered 2 katsu curry bowls- 1 with Udon, 1 with egg fried rice… which came with boiled rice instead of egg fried rice… maybe they ran out of eggs…The extra charge for sizzling king prawns, don’t bother- You get 3 tiny prawns, they’re deep fried, rubbery and just a waste of money!Half the bowls were filled with wilted lettuce leaves- never have I seen wilted lettuce in Japanese cooking! The pictures of the bowls that they have posted on google looks nothing like what we got.Overall, this place would be given a 0, but do not have the option to do so. First time trying this restaurant, and what a huge disappointment!

Amazing choice of food! food was excellent, delivery was super quick. Very pleased!
