My boyfriend and I attended the back massage course with Devon whilst on a camping holiday in the lakes. It was a really relaxing, enjoyable day, learning new skills and spending time with each other. The venue/location is wonderful and really adds to the whole experience. Devon is an excellent teacher, she created a really safe, comfortable space for the whole group. We all learned a lot. I hope to come back one day!

I thoroughly enjoyed the L3 Massage Therapy course, Devon is a fantastic teacher who is very knowledgeable and experienced. The course was very practical with a great balance of theory. I attended the on-site chair massage course as I want to add this skill to my portfolio of treatments with a view to expanding my client base.The course was excellent, Devon was a great tutor (patient, clear, knowledgeable and approachable with any questions).Along with the practicalities of learning the chair massage treatment I also really found lots of benefit in the marketing and pricing section of the course.I highly recommend this course and would book another course through Devon without hesitation.

Just completed the 5 day residential Level 3 massage course at Nab Cottage. I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the course, in particular the practical massage sessions which were taught in manageable chunks, meaning we learnt a lot by the end of the week but never felt overwhelmed. Devon was very friendly and knowledgeable and checked in with us to make sure we got the most from the course. The cottage is in a beautiful location right on the shores of Rydal Water. There was plenty of free time to explore the local walking trails and go swimming. Devon also arranged yoga and mindfulness sessions at the Cottage. The food was varied and homecooked and I personally really enjoyed it.Thanks Devon for a great course.

I have been on a couple of courses with LDSM. Those attending ranged from complete beginners to already established practitioners. Professional teaching, alongside deeply grounded subject knowledge, within a kind, encouraging and flexible learning environment provided all the necessary elements for a rewarding learning experience. I will definitely be returning!

Friendly fun and informative experience with Devon at the Lake District school of massage. We had a nice small intimate group of people at all levels. Really relaxed atmosphere and very enjoyable time spent learning some new massage techniques. Will definitely be back for the more advanced course with Devon in the near future.

I attended the first Massage Therapy Retreat with Devon, at Nab Cottage. She was hands-on and really informative. I came away with the skills and certification I needed to practice at my home studio! I would highly recommend the course to anyone looking to train as a therapist, or just looking to learn new skills and meet new people!

A really interesting introduction to massage. Being a complete beginner the course was perfect for breaking down the core components of giving a thorough back massage. The ability to apply pressure without putting strain on your own body by using correct technique was really insightful. Devon is a great teacher who demonstrated everything perfectly and was always on hand to guide each student. A very calm, relaxed atmosphere throughout the class and I would highly recommend.
