I received excellent service from Shakila , the bike was delivered on Monday bang on time and installed in no time at all, follow up service received was also warmly welcomed first class service from start to finish.If you want a Peloton go to these guys in the Trafford Centreloving the Peloton bike alreadyThanks for the service Rob

Absolutely fantastic service. My partner and I are new to Peloton and were having some difficulties in finding the right settings for us. We booked in a bike fitting session with Luke and are glad we did! Luke could not have been more helpful and really took the time to walk my partner and I through the bike, explain the optimal settings for riding, and went through some of the things we weren’t aware of. Highly recommend!

A great experience. All of the team are super helpful and friendly. I bought my bike last December and Luke was very patient. Recently popped in to have a bike fit and Shakila was thorough and showed me more choices to do on the bike other than classes. I would highly recommend ordering your peloton from these guys. Keep up the good work!

I would highly recommend popping in to see Shakila and Luke. I’ve had my bike for a while but I just wanted to double check my set up. They were both so helpful and knowledgeable putting my mind at ease and sorting me out with my new measurements for my bike.

Peloton, John Lewis Trafford Centre. I recently wanted to take advantage of the Black Friday sale and was interested in the Guide. I spoke with Luke the store manager, and he was so helpful. He gave me a full demonstration, even giving me advice on what weights I should get in the bundle offer. He has kept in contact answering any further questions I had. He was not pushy to get the sale, and waited till I was ready to place the order. He even contacted the after sales dept and arranged the extended warranty for my Bike+ (which had expired a week earlier). Thanks Luke for all your help

Visit to Trafford Centre Peloton JL for both me and my Husbands bike fitting. The staff are always a delight to deal with. Shakila is knowledgeable and passionate about Peloton products and warm and engaging. She helped us to find a better position on the bike to increase our core performance. Luke was also brilliant when we first purchased our Bike+ last year. (Even the people that delivered the bike to us were fabulous!) Peloton deliver the kind of service that makes you want to invest in a brand and keep returning. Thank you!

Having recently taken delivery of a Tread and Bike+ my wife and I popped in to get a fitting for the bike.The staff were fantastic and couldn’t have been more helpful! Kate in particular was super helpful, 10/10 customer service.

I visited Peloton (inside John Lewis at the Trafford Centre) on Friday and couldn't be happier with the service. I made an appointment online, received a confirmation email immediately and then a call from Shakila to confirm. When I arrived, Shakila talked me through all the features included with the membership. Then I used the bike and she made the necessary adjustments to the settings. All of this was written down so I could set up my bike at home. Super friendly and helpful service throughout. I'd thoroughly recommend.
